The Beginning of a Complete War Game! Gunship Battle: Total Warfare!

This is GM Typhoon of 'Gunship Battle: Total Warfare'
First of all, We apologize to all the admirals who have experienced inconvenience due to errors during World War and Server Invasion. World War and Server Invasion were developed at a great cost of time and efforts.
The transfer for World War and Server Invasion, unlike ordinary server transfer, involves copying the account data because the account data need to be remained on the existing server while the player plays on another server. During this process, some admirers are unexpectedly unable to log in due to database overload.
Since the World War updated, we have been trying to get rid of the errors through various ways, and we have confirmed that the errors have disappeared since the beginning of this year. However, the action to fix the server delay in April became an unexpected cause, and the issue occurred again.
We deeply apologize for this, and we are currently doing our best to resolve this issue within this May. In addition, the person in charge have performed real-time monitoring and have recovered as quickly as possible but there were the Admirals who had missed was unable to log in for a long time, and we apologizes more to the Admirals. We will also proceed with additional compensation for our apologyWe will further strengthen our monitoring of this issue, and in particular, we will do our best to ensure that the person in charge can stand by and recover immediately until the above measures are completed.
Below are the history of our response after the World War content was updated and the information on future actions.
-Response Histoy-
June 2019 ~ December 2019 :
Unloginable Issues occred during World War.
>Since
the World War updated, some admirals have had an login error. We had been reducing the issue
by continuously optimizing the server, but we had had to restructure the data
base for a long time due to structural problems in our data base design.

2019 : Updated and Merged Data Base
>For
the World war, we expanded the data base and chagned the structure.
December
2019 ~ March 2020 : Period of no issue
>It
was a time when there were almost no issues due to data base expansion and
restructuring.
April
11, 2020 : The issue reoccurred after removing a multiple packet restriction
>To
reduce the server delay, we had removed a multiple packet restriction. It
worked to reduce the server delay but the log-in issue was reoccurred due to
the multiple request is enabled to the server.
April
25, 2020 : Added a multiple packet restriction again
>We
added a multiple packet restriction only for World War. The relating issue was
fixed but there were still data base delay in some actions and it caused to
fail server transter and login the game.
May
9, 2020 :
>The cause of
data base delay was identified and fixed. However, during World War on May 9,
data base delays occrued due to more requests to move servers at on time than
before, and at this point, some admirals had problems again.
-Future Actions-
May 23, 2020
>During the
next week’s maintenance, additional measures will be taken not to occur the
problem when the player moves to other server.
>We are
expecting that the login error will no longer occur.
>However, the
response to the server transfer may be delayed due to the temporary server overload,
but the transering will succeed after a certain delay.
After the end of
May 2020
>Server
transfer queue will be added to prevent data base delay.
(It will be
transfered within a few seconds in most situations.)
>We will
respond as quickly as possible in the the event of unexpected issues.
>In addition, we
are improving to be able to transfer even if there is work in progress at the
base during World War. We will update it as soon as possible.
We will pay the
compensation to all the admirers with apologizing for the inconvenience caused
by the related errors, and additional compensation will be paid to admirers who
participated in this World War and invasion.
We apologize once
again for any inconvenience caused.
We will keep
trying until the related errors disappear completely.
