New

• New Ships

- 3 new Tier XV ships will be added.

Ohio Class (Submarine),

Constellation Class (Frigate),

Zumwalt Class Batch II (Destroyer)

• Ship Parts

- Ship Parts will be implemented as enhancement items used exclusively for Tier XV Ships and will not be available for lower-tier Ships.

- There are four types of Parts: Launcher, Radar, Armor Plate, and Propeller, and each Part offers different buffs.

- The maximum upgrade level of parts can be increased based on the Ship's Limit Break stage.

- [1st Class Advanced Ship Blueprint] and Resources are required for Part upgrades.

- [Ship Parts Enhancer] is used for Part Limit Break.

- Upgraded Ship Parts can be reset using a certain amount of Gold. A portion of the resources and items used will be refunded upon reset.

• Ship Promotion

- Ships can be promoted from Tier XIV to Tier XV through the Ship Promotion system.

- To be eligible for promotion, the Ship must be available for production, have met the required minimum Ship level, and achieved Limit Break Stage 5 or above.

- [Energy Core Reactor] is required for Ship Promotion.

- Promotion Stages 1 through 4 are available. Higher Ship Promotion Stages unlock additional features such as Ship Trait Upgrade and XP transfer.

- Features restricted for Ship Promotion Stages 1–3 can be unlocked later by consuming additional materials.

- After promotion, the Ship’s XP will be preserved, but the Limit Break stage will decrease by 1 and the Ship’s level will also decrease.

- Stars acquired through Stage 2 Limit Break Bonus and Star Succession Bonus will be removed and refunded as Star Fragments of equivalent value. 

- Ship Trait information will not be carried over upon promotion.

- Ship Parts will be unlocked immediately upon promoting to a Tier XV Ship. 

• Operation Shield Breaker ​

- A new Alliance feature, Operation Shield Breaker, will be added.

- Alliance members of rank R3 or above can [Detect] it.

- Only the Alliance that detected the Armada Secret Base can attack it.

- Upon clearing phases within the time limit, Alliance Tier Achievement Rewards and Individual Tier Achievement Rewards will be granted.

• [Collection System] New Tier XV Ship Collection Added

- [Submarine Combat Enhancement III], [Frigate Combat Enhancement III], and [Destroyer Combat Enhancement III] will be added to the Unit Collection.

- Register [Tier XV Submarine Collection] to receive [Submarine Anti-Ship ATK +0.2–51.2%] buff.

- Register [Tier XV Frigate Collection] to receive [Frigate Anti-Ship ATK +0.2–51.2%] buff.

- Register [Tier XV Destroyer Collection] to receive [Destroyer Anti-Ship ATK +0.2–51.2%] buff.

•​ Scan Mission Added

- A new mission, Armada Elite Squadron will be added as a Challenge Missions.​

Improvements

• Certain Buildings and Content

- The maximum storage capacity of the Lv. 35 Depot will be expanded, and certain features will be updated.

• Server Merge Notice

- Improvements will be made to allow more details to be apparent when viewing the Server Merge schedule.

• Quest Event Navigation Feature

- A 'Navigate' feature will be added to allow more convenient access to certain quest items in Event Quests.

•  Server Invasion Personnel Selection Authority

- The Governing Alliance Leader and R4 members of the Governing Alliance will also be able to select personnel for Server Invasion.

•  PC Version Chat 

- The issue where the chat screen size decreases in the PC version will be fixed.

• Early Gameplay Flow

- The early gameplay experience will be changed alongside the removal of the Sky Ace.

• Ranking Event — Legendary Captain Ranking Points

- The Ship Production Ranking Points for the Legendary Captain Ranking Event will be partially adjusted.

- Tier XIV Ship Production

98,320 points → 14,748 points

- New point quest 'Tier XV Ship Production' added

* The number of items refunded may vary per bonus slot, and will be equal to the amount required for activation.
