[NOTICE] Pre-Announcement: World League Season 1 Rules

Greetings, Admirals.


World League Season 1 kicks off with Round 1 on September 20, 2025 (UTC)!

WL S1 will feature 7 total 1v1 matches, and the Server that wins the Final Ranking Match will reign as the strongest Server in their assigned World.


Additionally, unlike previous tournaments where Server Transfers took place before the tournament began, 

there will be no Server Transfer Event prior to WL S1.

 

1. Rules

A. Division ranking battles are conducted among Servers within the same World, League and Division.

B. League ranking battles are conducted among Servers with the same Division ranking within the same World and League.

C. World Final Ranking Matches are conducted among Servers with the same League ranking within the same World.

D. Servers engage in World War through 1v1 matching.

E. Servers that win Division ranking battles earn 5 points, while losing Servers earn 0 points.

F. Division rankings are determined by the total points earned at the end of 5 rounds.

G. If Servers are tied after 5 rounds, rankings are decided by respective head-to-head results.

H. In League ranking battles, Servers with the same ranking from each Division within the same League are matched 1v1.

I. In World Final Ranking Match, Servers with the same ranking from each League (determined through League ranking battles) are matched 1v1.

J. Final rankings are determined after the World Final Ranking Match is over.

K. After final rankings are determined, the top 3 Servers from each World will automatically be promoted to Worlds one tier above, while the bottom 3 Servers are relegated to the adjacent lower tier Worlds.

* Servers in Grand Master World will not be promoted.

* Servers in Gold World will not be relegated.

* The number of promoted/relegated Servers may change depending on server merges after the end of WL S1.

2. Exception Rules for Victory/Defeat Processing

A. All matches will result in one winning and one losing Server, and in case of a tie, victory/defeat will be determined based on the following rules.

B. If both Servers fail to reach 50,000 Capture Points by the end of the battle, the winning/losing Server is determined according to the following rules:

1.The Server with the higher final points wins.

2.If final points are identical, the Server with higher Combat Power wins.

C. If both Servers achieve 50,000 or more Capture Points by the end of the battle, the winning/losing Server is determined according to the following rules:

The Server with the higher final points wins.

1.If final points are identical, the Server with higher Combat Power wins.

 

3. Promotion/Relegation Rules

A. Promotion

1.Servers ranked 1st-3rd in Master, Platinum, and Gold Worlds will be promoted to the World one tier above your current world. However, if there is an insufficient number of Servers in the respective Worlds after Server merge, the number of promoted Servers may increase.

2.If a tie occurs in the 3rd/4th place match during the Final Ranking Match, exception rules are applied, and the Server with the higher CP is declared the winner and will be promoted.

B. Relegation

1.Servers ranked 22nd-24th in Grand Master, Master, and Platinum Worlds will be relegated to the World one tier below your current world.

     (Rewards for certain features will change upon relegation to lower Worlds.)

2.If multiple Servers are tied after the Final Ranking Match, exception rules are applied, and the Server with CP will be declared the winner.

 

4. Rewards

A. Victory/Defeat Rewards

• Rewards are given to Servers that win/lose each round. Rewards are distributed differently by League.

• Victory/Defeat rewards are given only to Admirals who actually* participated in a match among those who registered for participation in World War.

(*Admirals who moved their Aircraft Carriers to the Central Sea)

B. Final Result Rewards

• After the Final Ranking Match, rewards are given according to Server rankings.

• Final result rewards vary by World.

• Final ranking rewards are given only to Admirals who participated in 4 or more rounds including the Final Ranking Match 

(Admirals who moved their Aircraft Carriers to the Central Sea).

C. Server TOP 20 Round Rewards

• Each round, MAS rewards are given to the top 10 Admirals from each Server who contributed most to either offense or defense.

• Qualifying Admirals can only receive one of the two TOP 10 rewards. If a single Admiral is selected as TOP 10 for both offense and defense rewards, the offense reward is given and the defense reward goes to the next qualifying Admiral.

• The TOP 10 rewards for both offense and defense are distributed for each Round.

• TOP 10 defense rewards are given to Admirals with the most battle victories in their Base. 

(Battle victory count includes both offensive and defensive battles.)

• Only Admirals who participated in World War by moving their Aircraft Carriers to the Central Sea are eligible for Top 10 offense or defense rewards.

Detailed reward information will be provided through additional announcements.

6. WL S1 Repair Speed Buff Distribution

To ease the strain of combat, a [Repair Speed + 200%] buff will be distributed to all Admirals participating in WL S1.

 

Servers Matchup for WL S1 will be announced in the future.
