Greetings, Admirals.
WWL 5.0 is approaching and before the biggest tournament of the year kicks off, we want to share details regarding the event.
WWL 5.0 will feature 5 League Matches that will lead up to the Final Ranking Match to determine the strongest Server of each League.
1. Rules
a. WWL 5.0 will have a
total of 96 participating Servers.
b. Servers will be divided into a total of 8 Leagues: Five Leagues (A–E) for World Zone 1, one League (F) for World Zone 2, and two Leagues (G–H) for World Zone 3.
c. Each League consists of Servers within the same World Zone, with no other additional restrictions.
d. Each League consists
of 12 Servers.
e. Servers are placed into each Group (Blue or Red) within the League, in order of Combat Power Ranking in their respective World Zone.
f . The 12 Servers will be split into two Groups (Blue or Red), each consisting of 6 Servers.
g. Servers within each Group will compete in 1:1 battles.
h. The winning Server will earn 5 points, while the losing Server will earn 0 points.
i. There will be a total of 5 Rounds before the Final Ranking Match and Servers in each Group will be ranked based on the total points accumulated.
j. In the case of a tie, the ranking will be determined by the 'head-to-head' rule, meaning the Server with the most victories will be ranked higher.
k. Final Ranking Matches will be held between servers that are tied within each group.
l. The final ranking will be determined based on the results of the Final Ranking Match. In case of a tie, the server with the lower total Combat Power will be declared the winner. (Combat power is calculated based on the highest Combat Power achieved by each Admiral.)
[Example]
WWL 5.0 Group Preliminaries will consist of 1:1 battles within each League’s Group.
The winning Server will earn 5 points, while the losing Server will earn 0 points.
Example: In League A, Server 1 from the BLUE group will fight against Servers 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 during Rounds 1–5.
If Server 1 wins all matches, they will earn 25 points. If they lose every match, the total points earned will be 0.
The total amount of points acquired during the WWL 5.0 Group Preliminaries will determine the rankings of each Server within their Group.
If the final points acquired by Servers are a tie at the end of the WWL 5.0 Group Preliminaries, the Server with the younger Server age will rank higher.
The WWL 5.0 Final Ranking Match will be between Servers of the same Ranking from each Group.
Example: Server 1 of BLUE Group and Server 12 of RED Group will battle in Round 6.
2. Exceptions for Wins and Losses
a. Every Round will have a winning/losing Server, and the following rules will be applied in the case of a draw.
b. If both Servers fail to reach the target of 50,000 Conquest Points during the battle, the winner will be decided according to the rules below:
c. The Server with the higher amount of Conquest Points at the end of the Round will be the winner.
d. If the final points are tied, the Server with the lower Combat Power will be the winner, and the victory/defeat points will be awarded. (Server Combat Power will be calculated based on the highest Combat Power achieved by each Admiral.)
e. If both Servers earn more than 50,000 Conquest Points, the winner will be determined according to the rules below:
f. The Server with the higher amount of Conquest Points will be the winner.
g. If the final points are tied, the Server with the lower Combat Power will be the winner. (Server Combat Power will be calculated based on the highest Combat Power achieved by each Admiral.)
3. League Rewards
a. Match Victory /
Defeat Rewards
ㄴ Match rewards will be distributed to
Servers based on the result of each Match. Rewards vary depending on the
League.
ㄴ Match rewards will only be given to
Admirals who participated in the match by moving their Aircraft Carrier into the
battlefield.
b. Final League Ranking
Rewards
ㄴ Final rewards will be distributed based
on Server rankings after the Final Ranking Match.
ㄴ Rewards will vary depending on
the League.
ㄴ Admirals must participate in at least 4
out of 6 Rounds to qualify for Final Ranking Rewards.
c. Top 20 Contribution
Rewards
ㄴ After each Round, the TOP 10 Admirals who contributed the most for each Attack and Defense from participating Servers will receive MAS Rewards.
ㄴ Admirals can only receive one type of
Contribution Reward per match.
If an Admiral qualifies
for both Attack and Defense Top 10 Rewards, they will receive the Attack Top 10
Reward.
ㄴAfter each Round, the TOP 10 Admirals with the highest contributions will receive the Attack TOP 10 rewards. More details regarding rewards will be announced later.
ㄴ After each Round, the Admiral with the most battle wins in Base will receive the Defense TOP 10 reward. (Match victories include both Attack and Defense victories.)

4. Schedule for WWL 5.0
5. WWL 5.0 Repair Speed Buff Distribution
In order to reduce the
burden of repair costs, [Repair Speed + 200%] buff will be distributed to all
Admirals participating in WWL 5.0.
The Buff will be sent to the participating Admirals 1 hour before the start of each Match via in-game mail, and it will last for 25 hours.
* The mail will expire after 24 hours, so please claim it before the match begins.
The Servers & Groups in WWL 5.0 will be announced in the future.
