JOY LOUNGE, a place where our Gunship Battle: Total Warfare Admirals can make purchases to earn JOY Points which can be accumulated to exchange for special rewards, will launch on December 11th PST (December 12th UTC).
Please read on for more detailed information about earning and using JOY Points.
■ What are JOY Points (J.P)?
- JOY Points are exclusive points for JOY LOUNGE members that can be used to redeem items listed in the JOY LOUNGE's exclusive shop.
■ Target Games
- Gunship Battle: Total Warfare, World War Machines
※ We will notify you when other games are eligible for JOY Point benefits.
[Earning JOY Points]
■ Eligibility Requirements
1. Anyone who makes a purchase (payment) through JoyCity's own payment system (Web Shop, Exclusive APK, PC version, etc., hereinafter referred to as 'self-payment') from the opening date of JOY LOUNGE will earn JOY Points.
However, JOY Points will only be active and eligible for use once all of the following conditions have been met.
a. JOY LOUNGE Membership Registration
b. Game Account Linking
※ Any purchases made via Google Play or Apple App Store will not accrue Joy Points.
※ All qualifying purchases must be made via APK, specific details can be found on the official Joy Lounge website.
2. All characters linked to the game account of a user who can earn JOY Points are eligible (Including non-VVIP Admirals).
3. Users cannot unlink or change the game accounts linked to their JOY LOUNGE account. Only the administrator can do so.
4. Earned JOY Points are stored in the JOY LOUNGE account, so even if a game account is unlinked, previously earned JOY Points will remain in the JOY LOUNGE account.
■ Earning Requirements
1. JOY Points are earned when you purchase items that are currently on sale through JoyCity's separate in-house payment system.
2. The JOY Point earning rate is reflected/earned based on the JOY Points separately set for each item.
3. The JOY Point earning rate can be set and changed by the administrator.
4. The types of JOY Points are as follows:
1) JOY Points earned through in-house payments
2) JOY Points earned as additional bonuses through in-house payments
3) JOY Points earned through special promotions held by JOY LOUNGE
4) JOY Points distributed by the administrator
5) JOY Points earned before joining JOY LOUNGE
■ Earning Time
1) JOY Points earned through in-house payments
- Accumulated 14 days 3 days after the date of payment, and can be used immediately after that. * Accumulation time change: March 13th, 2024
- Earned JOY Points are displayed as “JOY Points to be accumulated' before they are accumulated.
- If a purchase (payment) is canceled before the points are accumulated, the “JOY Points to be accumulated” will be deleted.
2) JOY Points earned as additional bonuses through in-house payments
- Accumulated 14 days 3 days after the date of payment, and can be used immediately after that. * Accumulation time change: March 13th, 2024
- Earned JOY Points are displayed as “JOY Points to be accumulated' before they are accumulated.
- If a purchase (payment) is canceled before the points are accumulated, the “JOY Points to be accumulated” will be deleted.
3) JOY Points earned through special promotions held by JOY LOUNGE
- JOY Points are accumulated according to the separate promotion conditions held by JOY LOUNGE.
- JOY Points accumulated through promotions are immediately credited and can be used immediately after that.
4) JOY Points distributed by the administrator
- JOY Points accumulated by the administrator are immediately credited and can be used immediately after that.
5) JOY Points earned before joining JOY LOUNGE
- All of the earned points are accumulated at once at the time of meeting the first “Eligibility Requirement' (hereinafter referred to as “JOY LOUNGE Membership'), and can be used immediately after that.
6) All of the date and time standards are in UTC.
[Using JOY Points (J.P)]
■ Item Exchange
1. You can exchange JOY Points for items listed in the JOY LOUNGE's JOY Points Shop.
2. The JOY Points used for the exchange are immediately deducted, regardless of whether the item is received or not.
3. The types of JOY Point exchange items listed in the JOY LOUNGE's JOY Points Shop are gifts (tangible goods) and in-game items.
1) If you exchange for a gift (physical item), you can check the progress in the JOY LOUNGE.
2) If you exchange for an in-game item, you can check and receive it by logging in to the game and accessing the mail.
※ Gifts that can be exchanged at the JOY LOUNGE's JOY Points Shop will be added in the future.
■ Exchange Cancellation
1. The JOY Points used for the exchange cannot be canceled directly by the user. They can be canceled and re-accumulated only with the approval of the administrator.
2. The validity period of the re-accumulated JOY Points is applied as it was before the exchange.
3. If the validity period of the JOY Points that are canceled for exchange has passed at the time of re-accumulation, it will not be re-accumulated.
■ Expiry
1. The validity period is set for each JOY Point accumulated according to each product purchase (payment).
2. Regardless of the JOY Point types, the validity period is 12/31 of the following year from the date of accumulation, and all expired points will be deleted at 00:00 on January 1 of the next year.
Example: Points earned on January 3, 2023 and December 30, 2023 are available until December 31, 2024, and will expire after 00:00 on January 1, 2025.
3. JOY Points that have expired will be deleted.
■ Retrieval
1. If a purchase (payment) is canceled after accumulation, the JOY Points accumulated due to the canceled purchase (payment) will be retrieved.
If the JOY Points have already been used or expired, they will be retrieved by replacing them with JOY Points with the same validity period.
If there are no JOY Points with the same validity period, they will be retrieved by replacing them with JOY Points with the shortest remaining period.
2. If there are not enough available JOY Points to retrieve, the points will still be retrieved and the remaining balance will be processed as a negative number.
