Greetings, Admirals!

In order to provide a more stable and optimized gaming environment, we will be removing Accounts that have been inactive for a 

considerable amount of time during the Maintenance on October 31st, 2023, PDT (November 1st​, 2023, UTC).​

​

All Admirals that have an account fall inactive for a considerable period and would like to maintain their active Account/Admirals status are strongly encouraged 

to login prior to the Maintenance.

Please read below for details.

■ Deletion of Long-Term Inactive (Dormant) Accounts / Admirals

1. Schedule: Maintenance on October 31st, 2023, PDT (November 1st, 2023, UTC)​

2. Subject: Deletion of long-term inactive (dormant) Accounts / Admirals

3. Details on what qualifies an Account as 'inactive': 

1) Admirals with HQ Lv. 6 and below that have been inactive for 12 months or more from October 31st​, 2022, PDT (November 1st​, 2022, UTC)​,​ will be deleted.

2) Inactive (dormant) Accounts with no payment history will be deleted.

※ Admirals/Accounts must meet both conditions listed above (1 & 2), to be subject to removal.

※ Deletion of long-term inactive (dormant) Accounts / Admirals will be carried out based on the same criteria during the first Maintenance of each month.

※ All Admirals that would like to maintain their Account / Admirals are strongly encouraged to login prior to the Maintenance.
