Hello, Admirals.

Since the establishment and application of the Shooting Gallery to Gunship Battle: Total Warfare, there’d always been an existing rule where all Admirals would receive specific rewards for their very first ‘Fire’ attempt. The game was designed this way to provide a satisfying experience for an Admiral’s first shooting attempt, and to provide rewards that support in-game progression.

However, our team has recently discovered that this rule was never officially communicated to our Admirals.

At the Shooting Gallery, Gems, Gold, or Resources can be used to play. In the case of the 1st Class Shooting Game tab (where Gems are used), the obtainable rewards will change as the indicated countdown timer hits zero, and resets. Excluding the first attempt (shot), the probabilities attributed to each of the rewards provided on the wheel are applied uniformly to all “Fire” attempts.

Even though the probabilities have always been applied correctly, we’d like to apologize for the lack of information on the rule that is applied to the first “Fire’ and any confusion this lack of communication caused.
Because of the circumstances involved, our team is currently preparing to send out compensation.

We are still in the process of putting the compensation packages together, and any Admirals directly affected will receive the package via maintenance. The item we will award Admirals will allow those Admirals the ability to select and obtain one of the rewards given for the very first “Fire” attempt.

■ Compensation for insufficient of information of an existing rule on Shooting Gallery Rewards

- Distribution date: During the Maintenance on 5/16 PDT (5/17 UTC)

- Applicable Admirals: Admirals who attempted Officers' Club Shooting Gallery (1st Class) at least once before the Maintenance on 5/16 PDT (5/17 UTC)

- Compensation: Reward Selection Box (one item can be selected from this Box)

※ The [Reward Selection Box] item will only get distributed to the Admirals who meet all requirements. Please keep in mind that an exchange to another item is not available once you obtain the item of your selection.

※ The name of the compensation item is subject to change at the time of distribution. Further notice will be provided after the finalization.

Again, we sincerely apologize for the insufficient information provided to Admirals.
