Hello, Admirals!
The first tournament of 2023 will begin on 2/24 PST (2/25 UTC)
This tournament will be held in the popular W.W.L. style, as requested by many of our Admirals. Enter - WWL 2.0.
WWL 2.0 will be a total of 5 League Matches and will determine the most powerful server of each League through a Final Ranking Match.
1. Rule
a. A total of 96 servers will participate in WWL 2.0.
b. W.W.L will consist of World 1 (A~F Leagues) & World 2 (G~H Leagues).
c. Leagues will be separated by World 1 and 2.
d. Each League will consist of 12 servers.
e. 12 servers of each League will be separated into 2 sub-groups, and each sub-group will have 6 servers.
f. Matches for each sub-group will be a 1:1 battle.
g. The winning server will obtain 3 points and the defeated server will obtain 0 points.
h. Each server will have a total of 5 League Matches, and the Ranking for each server within the sub-group will be decided based on the total number of points obtained from all 5 Matches.
i. A [Head-to-Head] tie-breaker rule will be applied if 2 servers have the same points.
j. If the ranking is still not decided after this, the server with the lower total of top 20 Admirals' CP will win. (CP is calculated based on the maximum CP achieved by each Admiral.)
k. For the Final Match, the same-ranked servers from each sub-group will compete against each other.
l. The Final Ranking will be decided based on the Final Match. In case of a tie, the server with the lower total of top 20 Admirals’ CP will win.
[Example]
The preliminary matches will be 1:1 battle within the same sub-group.
The winning server will obtain 3 points and the defeated server will obtain 0 points.
Example: Server 1 in the BLUE group of league A will be competing against server 2 ~ server 6 in the BLUE group (Total of 5 Matches). If Server 1 wins all battles, they will obtain 15 points. If they lose all the battles, they will obtain 0 point.
Rank will be determined within BLUE / RED in the order of points obtained from the preliminary matches.
If the final score for the WWL 2.0 Group preliminary matches is tied, the server with lower server age will rank higher.
In the WWL 2.0 Final Ranking Match, tied ranking servers in the same group will have a battle.
Example: Server 1 in the BLUE group and server 12 in the RED group will be competing in the 6th match.
2. Exceptions
a. Every match will have a winning/losing server and following rules will be applied in the case of a draw.
b. If both servers do not reach the target Occupation Points within the Battle period, the match will end in a draw.
c. If both servers have 0 Occupation Point, no winning points, victory rewards, defeat benefits will be given out, and the result will be decided based on the total of top 20 Admirals' CP.
d. If the Final Ranking Points are the same, a [Head-to-Head] tie-breaker rule will be applied. (No rewards will be given to both groups.)
e. If the ranking is still not decided after this, the server with the lower total of top 20 Admirals' CP will win. (CP is calculated based on the maximum CP of each Admiral.)
f. Final ranking will be determined by the result of the Final Match, and in case of a draw, the server with the lower total of top 20 Admirals’ CP will win.
3. League Rewards
a. Rewards for each match
- Match victory/defeat rewards will be given to the servers for each match and will vary for each League.
- Match victory/defeat rewards will be awarded only to the players who participate in the W.W.L.
b. Final League Ranking Rewards
- Ranking rewards will be provided based on the server’s ranking after the 6th match.
- The items given as ranking rewards will vary depending on the server age.
- The rewards will be distributed only to Admirals who participate in 4 or more matches out of the 6 matches.
c. Top 10 Contribution Rewards
- For each match, the 10 Admirals who contributed the most will be rewarded.
- Top 10 Contribution Rewards will be given to Admirals who actually participated in the World War.
d. Man of Match
- There is no Man of Match Reward for W.W.L 2.0.

5. Changes on WWL 2.0
The [Repair Speed + 200%] buff will be provided in WWL 2.0.
The buff will be sent to the participating Admirals 1 hour before the start of each match via in-game mail, and it will last for 24 hours.
※ The mail will expire after 24 hours, so please claim it before the match starts.
The Servers & Groups in WWL 2.0 will be announced on 2/14 PST (2/15 UTC).
