Hello, Admiral!

We would like to inform you that we are going to make some improvements to the [Special Supply] which was first introduced on November 8th, 2022 PST (November 9th, 2022 UTC)

Currently, you can acquire either a completed [Jet] or [Blueprints] at a certain chance from the [Special Supply] feature by using the corresponding [Jet Supply Order] or [Gem].

With the changes listed below we hope to provide our Admirals with the opportunity to obtain better rewards by using this feature and would like to note that improvements will be made to the obtainable rewards and the respective probability of obtaining certain Jets.

Please note that the following changes will be applied via the Maintenance on 1/17 PST (1/18 UTC).

■ Details

1. Improvements applied to [Special Supply]

- The current [Special Supply] will end, and a new [Special Supply] will begin.

※ The available Supply Items will differ for each Supply Event. 

※ The details of the obtainable rewards for the content can be checked in-game after the Maintenance on 1/17 PST (1/18 UTC).

2. New Supply Event exclusive items and conversion system for some of the [Jet Supply Order] items will be added.

- New [Jet Supply Order], which can be used during the new Supply Event, will be added.

- A conversion system, where you can convert some of the [Jet Supply Order] into new [Jet Order] items, will be added.

※ Existing [Jet Supply Order] can’t be used on the [Special Supply] after the Maintenance on 1/17 PST (1/18 UTC), but can be converted into new items for new [Special Supply].

※ You cannot convert [Jet Supply Order (Normal, Advanced)], but these can be used the same as before.

※ The details of the conversion system can be checked in-game after the Maintenance on 1/17 PST (1/18 UTC)

We are genuinely grateful for all the feedback our Admirals have provided regarding the [Special Supply] feature. We will always be receptive to the feedback that our Admirals believe need improvement, and though the burden of accountability in weighing out the balance and progression of Gunship Battle: Total Warfare sits firmly with us, we implore each and every one of you to continue to send your feedback to our Customer Support or our official social community channels, at any time. We will continue to pay close attention and exhaust the resources necessary to make the world we’ve created thrive. We will do our absolute best to hear our Admirals, then develop and apply content that our Admirals will enjoy.

That said, again, please continue to send us your support and please stay tuned for the upcoming changes regarding the new [Special Supply] feature which will be released after the Maintenance on 1/17 PST (1/18 UTC).

Changes take time, and the challenge is real… but we’re up to it and take the challenge head on. It won’t be easy, and there are a lot of moving parts. That said, we can’t do it without you, Admirals. We won’t stop here, and there’s much more to come.
