: Skill 3 [Specialized in Blocking Carrier Air Strike Repairs] (Unlocks at Jet Level 15)
> When successful Air Strikes against Aircraft Carriers take place, the Skill that prevents the defending enemy from repairing the Aircraft Carrier is activated at a 2~16% chance for 60 seconds. (Percentage varies depending on the Skill Level)​
