[NOTICE] Bug Reporting System Update and Compensation

Greetings, Admirals!


In order to provide a safe and stable game environment for our Admirals, we’ve prepared a new Bug Reporting System. The new System will offer incentives for those Admirals who invest the time and energy to bring any confirmed anomalies, bugs, in-game inconsistencies, and the like to our attention.  
 
Compensation will be provided based on the type of report received, and the process/timeliness it was received in (effectively compensation would be provided on a first come, first serve basis). 

This new Bug Reporting System process will help us do our absolute best to not only prevent any further bugs from occurring but allow us to provide a fix as soon as possible. 

Please submit any bug reports to our Customer Support team, and we will send the resultant compensation as soon as the reported bug is verified.

We will announce the list of Admirals who are eligible for the reward at the beginning of each month. 

Also, we will continue to make updates to our bug reporting system as improvements are needed. 

Please understand that (as per our Terms of Use) exploitation of any kind of bug or game-feature anomaly, especially without reporting such circumstances, can and will result in account suspension. Though we wish that there’d never the need to do so, when necessary, we hope that all our Admirals utilize the new bug reporting system as it will help us build a more safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment for all.

[How to Submit a Bug Report]

1. Go to [1:1 Inquiry].  [Link]




2. Select [Report Error].




3. Submit the details of the bug with your Admiral info

※ Please provide us with a detailed report to identify the reported bug.

※ You can attach a screenshot and video to the report.

※ It may take some time to properly identify and verify the reported bug.

※ We will send a reply to the registered email address provided on your report.

 

[Bug Reporting Compensation System]

- Effective Date: It is effective from June 14th, 08:00 PDT (June 14th, 15:00 UTC), 2022.

- Details: Compensation for the bug reports will be given based on the significance.



※ Reported bugs will be classified according to their significance.

※ [Gem (Bonus)] will be provided as compensation

※ We will send compensation for verified bug reports to your in-game mailbox as soon as the bug is confirmed

※ If we receive multiple reports regarding the same bug, the initial reporter will receive the compensation

    Point of Note: Reports that provide the information needed to best identify and verify any bug or anomaly will receive compensation

※ Bug report compensation will not be considered in the following cases: 

   - The reporting Admiral has Abused/Exploited the bug in question and obtained illicit/unfair benefit

   - If the reported bug cannot be properly identified, verified, and replicated

   - If the reported bug has already been reported prior

  - If the reported anomaly is due personal circumstances (Account/Admiral), specific to a single player, or if the reported bug is a game inaccessibility issue (Maintenance)

※ We will announce the list of Admirals that successfully reported verified bugs, and are to receive compensation, at the beginning of every month. Please understand that due to the nature of the circumstances, the schedule is subject to change

   - If our team determines that a bug or anomaly risks being abused or exploited, the specific details associated with said bug will not be disclosed

   - Please note that we will announce grade S/A/B bugs, and grade C bugs may not be announced.
