We would like to begin by apologizing for the trouble caused by both the Legendary Equipment Upgrade Support Event bug and the impact of the in-game exploitation.
We have completed retrieval of the illicitly obtained event rewards and lifted the associated account suspensions.
The Legendary Equipment Upgrade Support Event offered (as communicated) a once-per-account reward system. The bug in question provided Players who’d transferred to a different server during the event to obtain more than one reward.
Unfortunately, there were a few players who had taken liberties to abuse this anomaly (bug) and acquire a disproportionate number of rewards because of it.
We sincerely apologize for the time it’d taken our team to fix and provide notice regarding this matter. Due to the extraordinarily complex nature of the anomaly, the time needed to complete our investigation and take corrective action ran longer than we’d hoped.
The Admiral accounts found to have abused the circumstances associated with the bug have been suspended so that we can retrieve any illicitly obtained Rewards.
Please understand that Admirals who obtain any benefit by abusing any game system or bugs can be suspended based on the rules clearly stated in the Operation Policy of our EULA (End User License Agreement).
As such, corrective action was applied to those accounts found to be in violation of these policies.
■ The Measures Applied Regarding the Legendary Equipment Upgrade Support Event Exploitation

- 6/8 17:45 PDT (6/9 00:45 UTC): Admirals who obtained Rewards by exploiting the error were suspended for 7 days to retrieve the Rewards. (Total of 222 accounts)
- 6/9 01:00 PDT (08:00 UTC): Completed the retrieval of any Rewards obtained via abuse.
※ Depending on the degree of the abuse, the suspension period can be applied accordingly. Please note that we will not publicly provide any additional notice regarding account suspension. Details will be addressed directly with the registered account holder of any account affected.
※ The accounts were suspended due to enable resource retrieval. The respective accounts will have access restored once full reconciliation has been completed.
※ If the illegitimately obtained resources cannot be retrieved, in-game items of comparable value will be withdrawn. In some extreme cases, a rollback may be required to facilitate reconciliation. In this case, we will adjust the character/account in question to a date/time just prior to when the exploitation had occurred.
※ Please note that detailed conditions regarding extreme circumstances of abuse and the inherent reconciliation/retrieval process will be done at the discretion of the team.
