[NOTICE] The Measures Applied Regarding the Legendary Equipment Upgrade Support Event Exploitation

Greetings, Admirals.


We would like to inform you that we have identified and are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the confirmed Legendary Equipment Upgrade Support Event anomaly. Details and potentially exploitative behaviors surrounding the anomaly are being investigated, as are those who acquiring a disproportionate number of Rewards via unorthodox methods.


Admirals who obtained resources by maliciously abusing the game system will be suspended, and their resources will be retrieved.


We will always do our absolute best to provide a fair and fun game experience for all of our Admirals.

- We have completed to investigate the Admirals who maliciously abused the Legendary Equipment Upgrade Support Event error. 

- Admirals who obtained resources by exploiting the error were suspended for 7 days to retrieve the resources.
- We will lift the suspension upon successfully retrieving the resources for lesser offenses.
- If the resources obtained through the abuse cannot be retrieved, we may apply the following measures:

 >We may retrieve in-game items of comparable value. And additional measures or a data rollback can be applied based on our Terms of Use Policy.


※ In the extreme case where a rollback may be required to reconcile a confirmed impact of the error exploit, we will adjust the particular character/account in question to a date/time just prior to when the exploitation had occurred.

Suspensions associated with the applicable behaviors/exploitation will be withdrawn as soon as any illicitly obtained resources are completely retrieved. We will notify players via the Notice Board once everything is completed. 


Exploitation of any kind negatively impacts many aspects of our game, the community, and other players in general. 
As noted in our Terms of Use Policy: Abuse or exploitation of any system, error, or bug, can result in account action, leading up to and including account suspension. If you witness a bug, system, or exploitation (game) abuse of any kind, please submit a report to our Customer Support team.
