The issue was confirmed to be caused by a crash of a system application called 'Android System Web View'.

Admirals who have this issue on Android devices are requested to delete the'Android System Web View' application as follows.

※ Google Play Store > Click '≡' in the upper left > Click 'My Apps' > Click 'Installed' at the top > Click 'Android system Webview' > Delete the app and reboot the device
